Invasive Species Awareness

Invasive Species Awareness

“Everyone can help play a role in managing invasive species.”

“Non-native plants, insects, and other species impact our lives every day from altering the biodiversity of our natural areas, to harming crops and soils. Even the most fastidious land managers – whether professional land stewards, private or agency landowners, or even the local homeowner – find difficulty in managing the negative impacts of non-native invasive species. But if we work together, we can prevent the spread of invasive species and reduce their impact on our natural landscapes.” Check out The Trustees article to learn more: https://thetrustees.org/nature-ecology/invasive-species-awareness
